"What day is it?" asked Winnie-the-Pooh
“What day is it?” asked Winnie the Pooh. “I believe that it is today,” squeaked Piglet. “My favorite day,” said Pooh. – paraphrased from A.A. Milne’s Winnie-the-Pooh.
In these days of information overload, pain, confusion, and anxiety, we hope that you are able to stay focused on the present moment and maintain a sense of humanity and humor. An appreciation of the essentials that bind us will help us all get through. Simple pleasures like a smile from a friend, your first cup of coffee in the morning, or a glance at a print on your wall make all the difference when you are spending more time at home.
Mark and I are doing fine, and we hope that you are as well. We closed our gallery on White Street in mid-March due to COVID-19, but we continue to work in the studio. Mark is fulfilling his remaining orders and making beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. Sarah is updating our website and researching available loans and grants as they become available.
Even though our physical gallery is closed, we are still accepting and fulfilling orders through our website. We have added many new items, and we have organized Mark’s ceramics into four styles to help with coordinating pieces in your collection. We hope that you get a chance to check out the updated online store and let us know what you think.
Stay safe and keep smiling! We’re looking forward to seeing you again soon.
