Gardening in April

Last evening, Mark and I went to dinner at The Unity Table at Williams Hall, where the theme was Signs of Spring. Chef Martha Hubbard prepared a wonderful meal celebrating the season’s vibrant, spring-inspired flavors fresh from the garden.

National Garden Month

April is National Garden Month, a time to get back outside, appreciate nature, and enhance our environment. According to the original proclamation, gardening “…provides a special source of fulfillment when foresight, patience, and collaboration with soil and sunlight finally are repaid by lovely flowers and luscious harvests.”

Displaying those “lovely flowers”

When it comes time to display the fruits of your gardening, you can’t go wrong when you choose one of Mark’s vases. We also have great planters to hold your garden plants.

Update on Mark

After dinner last evening, Mark said he was officially tired of staying at home. He’s doing PT and getting around better every day. Pretty soon we’ll see him back in the gallery smiling in his happy place.
